The white wine Vieris Sauvignon, vintage 2017 from the winery Vie di Romans has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
This has a very grapey nose, with aromas of nutmeg, honeysuckle, and lily of the valley. On the palate it is silky, with a fine texture, powerful alcohol, a rather restrained acidity, just a hint of oak, and a wonder of flavours, although it also quite plump.
