Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core and purple reflections. Fine noble wood savouriness on the nose with ripe cherry and blackberry jelly. Powerful, complex, intense fruit, fresh and sweet but without being overripe. It has perfect tannins and a fine nougat finish, going on for minutes. This has definite ageing potential, a Vin de Garde.
