The red wine Marrano Veneto IGT, vintage 2012 from the winery Vignalta has been rated in 2020 by Kiem Othmar, Staffler Simon with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Veneto in Italy.
Intense, dark garnet colour. Hearty nose of ripe red berries, some blackberry, also has a hint of light leather, with a cherry and light undergrowth aftertaste. Compact on the palate with juicy, pithy tannins, spreads out with clear, ripe red fruit, salty, with gentle drive on the finish.
