Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red in colour. On the nose, aromas of sealing wax, cherry, and light spice. The medium-weight palate has a strongly perceptible use of wood, becoming wide-meshed and drying on the finish.
More about the tastingDark, bright ruby with a flint core. Opens on the nose with notes of sealing wax, dried blood orange, tomato paste, then ripe forest fruit and savouriness on the finish. The palate is unfortunately somewhat austere and broad-meshed, drying out considerably.
