Tasting Notes
On the nose there are aromas of fig, sweetened black tea, sugar candy and rose hip, but also a juniper spicy note. On the palate there is a dominant sweetness, a rather restrained acidity, and a vivid minerality, and it is smooth rather than playful. It has a subtle and individual style with a very fine botrytis character.
