The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Villa Mangiacane has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich ruby with a slight garnet shimmer. Opens with intense notes of blackberries and plums, with a subtle hint of sandalwood in the background. Grippy, gripping tannins on the palate, develops good pressure, robust and long.
