Tasting from 13.02.2020: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

This has a rich dark shining ruby colour. There are aromas of ripe wild strawberry and raspberry on the nose, then light leather, and a nice spiciness. The palate is characterized by rich pickled fruit, a lovely texture, unfolding beautifully, then slightly drying on the finish. It has come on well since the last tasting.
