Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Mature aroma: herbal spice, iron, red currant jelly, rosemary, silky melted on the palate, juicy underpinned with a rather tight acid support, slowly building up a slight tannic rappiness on the finish, powerful, slightly viscous base, good extract density: expressive, but not over-concentrated, more spice than fruit, and a peppery finish. However, only attractive for lovers of mature wines.
