Tasting from 17.04.2026: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening. Underlaid with mandarin zest, dark berry fruit, ripe plums, a hint of nougat, inviting bouquet. Powerful, complex, fine extract sweetness, delicate hints of figs, ripe, firm tannins, chocolate touch, mineral finish, good length, balanced, already easy to drink.

Medium crimson in colour with ochre reflections, and a broad and bright rim. On the multi-faceted nose, delicate notes of nougat and caramel, fresh orange zest, and red cherry compote. The palate is powerful, with a sweet texture, notes of vanilla and nougat, with some tannin underneath, persistent, this Dingač will have to earn its name through further ageing.
