Tasting from 14.10.2011

Very deep golden yellow, green reflections. Subtle herbal spice on the nose, a hint of mandarin zest, some cookie, smoky nuances, underlaid with a fine banana touch. Medium complexity, pleasant white fruit, delicately salty minerality, balanced, yellow tropical fruit, mango and papaya on the finish, uncomplicated food companion.
