Strong ruby garnet, delicate ochre rim. Cherry confit underlaid with fine leafy spice, hints of fresh dark forest berries, delicately tobacco-like, some nougat. Juicy, elegant texture, fine tannins, fresh structure, pleasant acidity, sour cherries in the aftertaste, a balanced food companion.
