Cloudy old rose in colour. Fennel herb, celeriac and black pepper on the nose. Smells like freshly cooked and cooled vegetable stock. The palate flows juicily and fine, the carbonic acid sparkles in a cultivated manner, a pinch of phenolics helps the palate structure. Medium length.
