Strong yellow, intense but not intrusive roasted aromas on the nose, fine fruity undertones, good minerality. Very mineral on the palate, powerful, the new wood is very well integrated, balanced, fresh, very classic orientation, fine yellow apple fruit on the finish, surprising for a wine from the Balearic Islands.
