Brilliant straw yellow colour. Fine, even and persistent mousse. Rich and aromatic on the nose, with notes of flowers, white-fleshed fruit and fresh, crisp vegetal flavours. Fresh, balanced and pleasantly acidic on the palate. Good persistence and aftertaste.
