Pale, "Provencal" looking colour. Strawberry confit, cherry, herbal and savoury notes. Quite expansive on the palate, despite the analytically low alcohol (11.5%), the wine is emphatically supple and plump, the acidity remains restrained and only increases a little at the very end, the palate fruit appears closed. Finishes with a slight astringency.
