Fragrant nose, fresh pineapple, ripe pears, honeydew melon, herbal savouriness, corn tossed in butter, freshly ground almonds. Full-bodied on the palate, firm core with a lot of texture surrounded by ripe acidity, clear juicy yellow fruit that carries the finish with fine savouriness, gastronomic and versatile at the table.
