Tasting Notes
Dark opaque ruby, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Vivid herbal savouriness, delicately toasty chocolaty background, inviting black berry fruit, a fine oak touch. Juicy, fine cassis, plus red berry nuances, very well integrated tannins, light on its feet, finesse, salty minerality, seems very "European", a cool and persistent style.
