Lemon yellow. Very fine mousse. Elegant and varietal aroma. Aromas of lime zest, pastry and grapefruit. A pinch of sea salt on the palate, complex Riesling fruit, elegant mousse with finely chiseled acidity. Long and animating on the finish.
