Dense aroma, lemon butter, quince, peach, jasmine blossom and white lilac, fine herbal savouriness. Warm fruit sets the tone on the palate, fine roasted aromas follow, vivid acidity provides drive and tension, fine herbal spiciness rounds off, with certain ageing potential.
