The white wine »Superior« Sauvignon blanc trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Andreas Diehl has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Spicy wood on the nose, smoky and yeasty notes, with fruity aromas of nectarine and kiwi. On the palate the wine is tightly structured, with the acidity typical of the vintage, light phenolic notes, a juicy finish and a rounding off from the wooden barrel.
