Tangerine, yeast, red apple, bergamot. Dense texture on the palate, with lots of juice. Very fine phenolics pierce the palate, revealing clearly tactile mineral notes. Lively acidity and a pleasantly dry finish; the subtle residual sweetness does not mask the minerality.
