Intense salmon pink in colour. The aromas are characterised by hints of cherry, a herbal savouriness and stony notes. Initially fresh and slightly sweet on the palate, developing into a finely textured, smooth flow, thanks to a delicate layer of mealy phenolics, great minerality, but the sweet finish lacks a little precision.
