Pale, subtly cloudy salmon pink. Delicate nose of cherry, ripe strawberry and rhubarb. Firm, dry on the palate with a delicate mousse and a slight tannin impression. Pleasantly tart notes of fresh tobacco in the aftertaste. Puristic.
