Dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate nougat, blackberry, heart cherry, notes of liquorice and cassis, with fine wood savouriness in the background, mineral touch. Powerful, black cherry, plum, fine acidity, pronounced in fruit core, supporting tannins, mineral and very good persistence, chocolaty finish, secure and certain ageing potential.
