Creamy colour. On the nose, quite reductive with notes of yeast, smoke, typical Pinot berry fruits, cherry and currant. A firm and powerful structure on the palate, dry with notes of raspberry, a touch of tart apple, ripe phenolics, a fine acidic core, mineral and engaging.
