Tasting Notes
Cherry and fine yeast notes on the nose, with some pepper, smoke and peony too. It's juicy on the palate with a ripe, well-integrated acidity that starts relaxed, but helps create increasing drive. There's a noticeable, dense minerality from the red sandstone which gives good length.
