Tasting from 05.12.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Cherry stone and finely spiced herbal notes, valerian in the fragrance. On the palate, the wine still has an astonishing tension and freshness, the tannin is fine-grained and closely fused with juiciness and the supple background. Lime mineral flavors and tactile components in the background. Very fine style!
