Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Well muted colour. Some wood and also strong yeasty aromas. Also dried plum, mint, dark chocolate. Needs some air. On the palate a very early and vivid saltiness, mellow tannin in medium-high quantity, ripe acidity, supple base.A plump late vintage type, mineral-based, very individual, dark berry palate fruit, good length.
