Tasting from 17.03.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Almond and mint, small red berries, only a subtle hint of wood. A delicate, very clear aroma. Juicy on the palate, then a taut but ripe tannin attacks, the palate structure combines finesse and firmness, is refreshed by very positive acidity, wraps its substance in an unobtrusive texture.
