Intense, bright golden yellow. Initially restrained and slightly smoky, then notes of delicate yellow fruit and bread crust, soft and creamy on notion, spanning the entire palate. Aromas of peach and fine, tropical fruit carried by very well integrated acidity. Elegant, long, salty finish.
