The white wine Fellbach Lämmler Riesling, vintage 2011 from the winery Weingut Aldinger has been rated in 2012 with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Fermented with pure yeast in steel tanks until June. Medium straw yellow. Ripe, rich, yellow-fleshed fruit, yet precise and delicately spicy. On the palate with creamy opulence and noticeable sweetness (5 grams), but also fine, piquant acidity (5.5 grams). A powerful but elegant Riesling with a mineral base and a powerful finish.
