Tasting Notes
Already ripe, a little air, stewed fruit, cinnamon and plum. Smooth in the mouth, harmonious tannins, good density, very mild acidity, but still good juice in its mature style, with further certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingRed fruit, redcurrants, plums and air-dried bacon mingle with chocolate and the usual canon of spices. The palate is also red-fruity with peppery notes, grippy, youthful tannins and a cool, mineral finish.
