Tasting Notes
Intense ripe fruit, a bit medicinal, sour cherry, menthol and camphor. Powerful on the palate, rich, very fine tannin, mineral background, rather subtle, but still with refreshing acidity. The fruit on the finish is full, but not too warming.
More about the tastingDark purple hues in the glass. Ripe and dense blackberry, a hint of black mulberry. On the palate there is beautifully lively fruit, matured à point concluded with a superior composition. One could assume that. this could even take twenty years of barrel maturation.
