Like a Puligny-Montrachet on the fragrance: flint, white flowers, balsamic. On the palate crisp, dense, with silky mouthfeel underneath, fresh acidity, sinewy and juicy, will develop and improve.
More about the tastingShattered rock. Lees, sizzling, peppery, smooth base, rich but not overwhelming, a very fine integration of acidity and body, delicately textured but still extremely present and powerful, fading with substance and tactile-mineral notes. An almost weightless density!
