Tasting Notes
Barrique-matured rosé . Salmon-coloured in the glass with slight lactic woody notes on the nose. On the palate, it has tremendous substance and density for a rosé, and can clearly pass as a high-quality white wine in blind tasting, but with a fiery spiciness on the finish.
