Tasting Notes
Bright orange in color. The nose offers balsamic notes, new oak, sweet cherry, hints of honey, and the aroma of candied orange zest. On the palate, viscous, almost oily textures are closely interwoven with body and acidity. Intense, tactile minerality gives the wine a unique appeal. Juiciness and acidity ensure a long-lasting interplay on the palate. Very distinctive, and completely focused on the terroir. A versatile food pairing.
