Tasting Notes
Still a little "wild" on the nose, elderberry and black cherry, rosehip skin, graphite, ink, pine needles, savoury. At just 10.5% abv, the palate takes off at breakneck speed: lively acidity that provides length. Dense, tightly woven body, tannins that are animating in their crispness, juicy tartness, sour cherry, green plum, a Trollinger with perspective.
