Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green colour, with silver reflections. On the nose there is a delicate caramel underlay, plus a fragrance of yellow tropical fruit, with honeydew melon and mango, and fine candied orange zest. It is medium-bodied, juicy, with a lively structure, a creamy texture, sweet papaya fruit, and a nice spicy aftertaste. It is a substantial food wine.
