The white wine »Heaven« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Alexander Laible has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Ahr in Germany.
Strong buttery aroma, already unfolded, stone fruit (Reneclaude), some mint and nutmeg. In the mouth, the wine is initially textured, taut phenolics and pithy acidity provide intensity, mineral components and restrained wood influence complete the picture.
