Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.02.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Spontaneous fermentation spice, milk chocolate, wild plum, Amarena cherry. Blueberry. Very ripe fruit, but not jammy. The wine has a supple base, exerts powerful pressure with very fine tannins, the acidity is well integrated, gives the wine drive with an overall still restrained finish aroma. Intense tactile minerality.
