The white wine »Censored Origin« Silvaner, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Alte Grafschaft has been rated in 2026 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Baden in Germany.
A very fine, fresh spice emanates from the glass: floral notes, salted macadamia nut, flax and cress, lime blossom. The palate reveals a strong flinty note, slight sweetness, a fine silky flow with a salty background and asparagus-like finish aromas. Exciting wine, also culinary.
