Rich yellow colour. Blackcurrant, some gooseberry and tomato leaf on the nose, typical of the variety. Crisp fruit on the palate, cassis, lime, some bell pepper, fresh acidity. Well structured, very lively, beautiful length, fine texture, ideal with seafood.
