Medium yellow. On the nose, hints of smoke, ripe sunflower, some savouriness, ripe pear, Charentais melon, hazelnuts, and yellow fruits. An intense and powerfully built Pinot Gris, full of substance, power and richness, with a soft, creamy texture that is balanced with noticeable mineral tension. Bone dry with a long finish and plenty of ageing potential.
