The white wine Haardt Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Andres has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The nose is dominated by bread crust, yeast and flint. Paired with caramel, boiled quince and apple compote with cinnamon. Dense texture and close-knit phenolics. Warm, ripe tropical flavours on the finish. A dance of acidity and extraction, underpinned by fine minerality.
