Medium yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of white stone fruit underpinned by meadow herbs and blossom honey, with delicate passion fruit and papaya notes. The juicy palate has good complexity, lemony and mineral, with notes of apple and some salinity on the finish. A good food wine.
