Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Yeasty, savoury aroma characterised by spontaneous fermentation. Some nettle, pepper, citrusy. Juicy and supple on the palate, powerful structure, firm acidity, aromatically rather a Sauvignon of the restrained kind, structurally characterised on the palate, tense and bold with savoury finish aromas reminiscent of green bell peppers.
