Tasting Notes
It has a deep dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate ochre rim. There are aromas of ripe fig underlaid with fine nougat notes, as well as some red berry confit, a touch of plum, and fine oak spiciness. It is juicy, tightly meshed, with its sweet fruit supported by minerality and freshness, and it has a subtle cherry flavour, and well-integrated tannins. It is a multi-layered food wine.
