It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
The aroma is initially yeasty, then becomes hay-like and slightly citrusy on contact with the air. On the palate, you first notice a pronounced sweetness, then a very fine mousse leads to an impression of freshness and elegance - the ideal aperitif with a view of the lake.
