The white wine »Eistaucher« Riesling, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Aufricht has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Baden in Germany.
Some yeast, but also orange confit and dried lemon peel. On the palate a tingling acidity contrasts with a subtle sweetness; despite its slender structure, the wine has a great deal of expression and a fine mineral colour. Drinkable and elegant!
