The white wine »Reserve³« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Aufricht has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Very pale colour in the glass for a Réserve, with a nose that doesn't reveal anything about the wine. On the palate, however, there is an immediate juiciness, savoury acidity with a velvety, balanced texture and a wonderful drinking flow. The ideal accompaniment to river fish.
